About schedule, time change
Date change
After booking is confirmed, you can change the time within the schedule that supporters can support.
Please note that partial cancellation fees will be incurred if the booking time is reduced.
In addition, we can not change reservation to another schedule. Please cancel your reservation and try
again.
About cancellation of reservation, shortening of reservation time
Charge cancellation rule
If you cancel your reservation after making a reservation, the following cancellation fee will be charged
depending on the time before the start of support.
※ Cancellation fee applies to "cancellation of reservation itself" and "reduction of reservation time".
Cancellation charge
・If canceled before 48 hours = free
・If canceled within 24 hours and up to 48 hours = 50% of the amount due
・If canceled within 2 hours and less than 24 hours = 100% of planned payment amount (does not include transportation expenses)
・If canceled within 2 hours = 100% of the amount due (including transportation expenses)
