| Basic charge（8:00-20:00） | 3000yen/hour |
| Overtime charges（20:00-8:00） | 5000yen/hour |
*English guide is available.(It is possible to correspond in various languages such as Chinese by advance reservation. Please contact us)
*The fee does NOT include:
-Transportation
-Admission fee
-Meals
-Guide’s expense (transportation, meal, admission fee)
*For reservations of 3 or more people, we will guide you at a charge of 500yen/hour plus.
*The fee is NOT tax included. The total amount of fee will be calculated by adding consumption tax.
*Please pay in advance by credit card on the day of payment.
*Please refer to our cancel policy below.

You can choose to pay by credit card or bank transfer.
We do not respond to cash payments.

Charge cancellation rule
If you cancel your reservation after making a reservation, the following cancellation fee will be charged
depending on the time before the start of support.
※ Cancellation fee applies to “cancellation of reservation itself” and “reduction of reservation time”.
Cancellation charge
・If canceled before 48 hours = free
・If canceled within 24 hours and up to 48 hours = 50% of the amount due
・If canceled within 2 hours and less than 24 hours = 100% of planned payment amount (does not include transportation expenses)
・If canceled within 2 hours = 100% of the amount due (including transportation expenses)
